Peak Pledge easy refund policy

2023-24 Season Pass holders are eligible for a refund on unused passes if requested by January 15, 2024. (Note: a $25 processing fee will be applied for each season pass refunded; however, the processing fee will be waived if the resort cannot operate due to COVID-19 restrictions.) No insurance needed. No doctor’s note needed. Just contact Guest Services by January 15 if you have not used your pass and would like a refund. Any refunds after this date will only be permitted with a doctor’s note, and will be subject to proration.

On-Mountain Discounts

Diamond Peak Season Pass holders get discounts on the mountain during the ski season when you show your season pass.

• Diamond Peak Rental & Repair Shop: 20% off equipment tuning
• Diamond Peak Base Lodge Outlets & Snowflake Lodge: 10% off food and nonalcoholic beverages
• Discounts on Diamond Peak Last Tracks event tickets (subject to availability)

Season Lockers

Diamond Peak Season pass holders have the privilege of renting a season locker right on the mountain, subject to availability. View details on the Season Locker page.

Bonus Lift Tickets

Show your 2023-24 Diamond Peak Season Pass to receive free bonus lift tickets at partner resorts during the 2023-24 ski season. Partner resorts are listed on the Reciprocal Partners page. 

Instructions for Pass Holders from Diamond Peak’s Partner Resorts – 2023-24 

All partner resort pass holders are blacked out at Diamond Peak during the peak periods listed below. To redeem your tickets, please present your current season pass from a partner resort at any Diamond Peak Ticket window. Diamond Peak will have a list provided by partner resorts’ Guest Services with all qualifying pass holders. Not all partner resort passes include these benefits, please check your resort’s season pass perk information. Qualified pass holders may redeem one (1) ticket per day for personal use. Diamond Peak has the right to impose additional restrictions or reservation requirements at any time so make sure to check this page prior to your visit.

4 Discounted Bring-A-Friend Tickets

Get your friends on the mountain for a discounted rate of $30 off the adult full-mountain rate for lift tickets. Pass holder and friend(s) must be present to redeem. Paid pass holders can redeem up to four discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets during the 2023-24 season. (Discount not valid on Beginner, Youth, Senior or Child tickets.) 

Appreciation Events

We host fun Season Pass Holder Appreciation Events and giveaways to show some extra love to the people who support us year after year.  Details will be posted on the Events Calendar as well as emailed.

Stored Value (aka PassCash)

Load funds onto your Diamond Peak season pass to use at the resort. PassCash is a convenient option for children or those who don’t like to carry their credit card with them on the slopes.

• Add Stored Value/PassCash: Login to the online store using the same account you used to purchase your season pass. Click “My Account” in the top right then select “Stored Value” if you aren’t already on that page. Type in the amount you want to add to each family member and then click “Add to Cart” to proceed to the checkout process.
• Use Stored Value/PassCash: Just let our cashiers know that you would like to use your PassCash when you are paying for food, drinks and other products at the resort. You will have to scan your pass at the register so make sure you have it handy at checkout.

Loyalty Buddy Ticket for renewing pass holders (Early Bird Perk)

As a thank you for your continued loyalty, 2022-23 pass holders who renewed by April 30, 2023 receive one (1) complimentary “Loyalty Buddy Ticket” valid for a non-peak adult lift ticket during the 2023-24 ski season.

Details: The complimentary loyalty buddy ticket is loaded onto your pass holder profile, and you just need to bring your guest and your season pass to any ticket window to redeem it during the 2023-24 season. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are not valid during peak periods. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are only provided to paid season pass holders who renew their season passes by April 30, 2023. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are not provided to those who receive a free season pass including 6 & Under and 80+ pass holders. Loyalty buddy tickets are for use by friends or family of the season pass holder and are not for resale. Resale or misuse of loyalty buddy tickets will result in suspension of season pass privileges. Loyalty buddy tickets must be used during the 2023-24 ski season and will not roll over to future seasons if unused. Loyalty buddy tickets can be given to guests of any age to utilize. Loyalty buddy tickets hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Note: Free passes for children 6 & under and seniors 80+ do not come with any of the pass perks associated with paid passes.
