Lesson Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lesson Cancellation/No Show Policy

Changes and/or cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start of your lesson are subject to an administration fee per lesson booked (the fee will be applied for each individual participant and every day booked). The fee is $25 for changes and $50 for cancellations.

No-shows, changes and/or cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of your lesson are non-refundable, and your credit card will be charged the full price of your reserved lesson. Within 48 hours of the lesson, we do not issue refunds or make changes due to weather, snow conditions, or road conditions (unless the entire resort is closed on the day of your scheduled lesson). Diamond Peak is not responsible for road conditions or closures that might prevent guests from making it to the resort on time.

Lift Tickets, Rentals, Last Tracks & Other Product Refund Policy

Lift tickets, rental equipment, Last Tracks tickets, and other products purchased online in advance are valid only on the date(s) they were purchased for and are non-refundable, unless the resort is fully closed for the day. Flex Passes are non-refundable once purchased, non-transferable, and unused days will not roll over to future seasons. In the event the resort is fully closed, guests will be given the choice of choosing an alternate day or receiving a refund on any date-specific products purchased. Diamond Peak is not responsible for road conditions or closures that might prevent guests from making it to the resort on time.

Season Pass Refund Policy

Peak Pledge easy refund policy: 2024-25 Season Pass holders are eligible for a refund on unused passes if requested by January 15, 2025. (Note: a $25 processing fee will be applied for each season pass refunded.) No insurance needed. No doctor’s note needed. Just contact Guest Services by January 15 if you have not used your pass and would like a refund. (If you cannot speak to a person on the phone, please send an email by the deadline so that we have proof of your request before the deadline.) Any refunds after January 15 will only be permitted with a doctor’s note, and will be subject to proration. No refunds will be issued for a prior season after April 30, even if accompanied by a doctor’s note; and we can not roll over season pass purchases from one season to the next.
