*Some resorts may be offering less than four tickets, see details next to each resort above (if partner resort offers less than 4 days, that resort's pass holders receive the same number of days at Diamond Peak). Bonus Lift Ticket offer is not valid for 6 & Under/80+ Free Diamond Peak pass holders, unless specified. Bonus tickets may have blackout dates. We attempt to accurately list those, but please call and confirm with partner resorts their blackout dates. Resort partners may impose COVID-19 related capacity restrictions that affect your ability to redeem bonus lift tickets; please check with individual resorts on redemption instructions. Midweek Passes are only valid for midweek skiing at the partner resorts. Lift tickets are not transferable, are age restricted, are valid for that day of skiing only, and cannot be rain checked, exchanged, or re-issued. Valid for (1) free ticket per person per day. This is a reciprocal agreement only; Diamond Peak neither owns nor operates any of the partner resorts. For questions regarding eligibility or redemption at the other resorts, please call their main offices. Bonus lift tickets are not valid during each resort's specified program blackout periods.

Partner resorts may impose additional restrictions or require reservations to maintain social distancing. Contact each resort or visit their website to confirm operating status and blackout dates.

Boreal ticket pickup instructions: Bring your valid Diamond Peak season pass to the Boreal ticket window (located next to their unmanned ticket kiosks) and present it to Boreal's ticketing staff.

Instructions for pass holders from Diamond Peak's partner resorts: Partner resort pass holders are blacked out at Diamond Peak during peak periods including Dec. 19, 2020 - Jan. 3, 2021; Jan. 15-18, 2021; and Feb. 12-21, 2021. To redeem your tickets, please present your current season pass from a partner resort at any Diamond Peak Will Call/Ticket window. You may redeem one (1) ticket per day for your personal use. Diamond Peak has the right to impose additional restrictions or reservation requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic at any time so make sure to check this page prior to your visit. Diamond Peak is currently not requiring reservations for partner resort passholders and these tickets will be available at the windows even on days the resort has capped tickets or sold out of public tickets.

4 Discounted Bring-A-Friend Tickets

Get your friends on the mountain for a discounted rate of $30 off the adult window rate for lift tickets. Pass holder and friend(s) must be present to redeem. Pass holders can redeem up to four discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets during the 2020-21 season. Bring-A-Friend tickets will be available at the windows even on days the resort has capped tickets or sold out of public tickets.

Appreciation Events

We host fun Season Pass Holder Appreciation Events to show some extra love to the people who support us year after year. Join us for our annual winter and spring pass holder events! Details will be posted on the Events Calendar as well as emailed. Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Appreciation Events may be delayed, altered or canceled this season.

  • Winter Event - Exclusive Access Week for Passholders, December 4 - 9, 2020

Stored Value (aka PassCash)

Load funds onto your Diamond Peak season pass to use at the resort. PassCash is a convenient option for children or those who don’t like to carry their credit card with them on the slopes.

  • Add Stored Value/PassCash: Login to the estore using the same account you used to purchase your season pass. Click “My Account” in the top right then select “Stored Value" if you aren't already on that page. Type in the amount you want to add to each family member and then click “Add to Cart” to proceed to the checkout process.
  • Use Stored Value/PassCash: Just let our cashiers know that you would like to use your PassCash when you are paying for food, drinks and other products at the resort. You will have to scan your pass at the register so make sure you have it handy at checkout.

Get Scanned to Win Contest

This year, getting an accurate count of how many skiers and riders we have on the mountain is more important than ever, so we're asking all of our season pass holders to make a concerted effort to have your pass scanned at least once every day you ski/ride (hopefully every lift ride). To make that prospect more exciting, we're going to be offering up weekly prize giveaways featuring a great selection of Diamond Peak gear (t-shirts, hats, sunglasses, hoods, fanny packs and more) for pass holders. You will receive (1) entry into the weekly drawing for every day your pass is scanned at the resort during the prior week; so if you ski seven days, that's seven chances to win! And we'll also have a Grand Prize drawing at the end of the season with an even better prize. So don't shy away from those ticket scanners this year - they're doing their jobs to ensure we're managing our skier volume in line with our health & safety protocols, and they're also getting you entered to win some sweet prizes.

Loyalty Buddy Ticket for renewing pass holders

Missing out on our spring ski season was a big blow to all of us at the ski resort, as it inevitably was for our 2019-20 season pass holders. In recognition of the missed opportunity to use your pass, and as a thank you for your continued loyalty, each 2019-20 pass holder who renewed their pass for 2020-21 before Oct. 31, 2020 will receive one (1) complimentary “Loyalty Buddy Ticket” valid for a non-peak adult lift ticket during the 2020-21 ski season. Loyalty Buddy tickets will be available at the windows even on days the resort has capped tickets or sold out of public tickets.

Details: The complimentary loyalty buddy ticket will be loaded onto your pass holder profile, and you will just need to bring your guest and your season pass to any ticket window next season to redeem it. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets will not be valid during peak periods (Dec. 19, 2020 – Jan. 3, 2021; Jan. 15 – 18, 2021; Feb. 12 – 21, 2021). Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets will only be provided to paid 2019-20 season pass holders who renew their season passes for the 2020-21 ski season before Oct. 31, 2020. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets will not be provided to 6 & Under or 80+ pass holders (who receive free season passes). Loyalty buddy tickets are for use by friends or family of the season pass holder and are not for resale. Resale or misuse of loyalty buddy tickets will result in suspension of season pass privileges. Loyalty buddy tickets must be used during the 2020-21 ski season and will not roll over to future seasons if unused. Loyalty buddy tickets can be given to guests of any age to utilize. Loyalty buddy tickets hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Getting Your 2020-21 Season Pass

You have the option to have your season pass mailed or to pick it up at the resort's Guest Services desk when the resort is open. This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions and to cut down on in-person transactions, we strongly advise you to have your pass mailed to you. The Guest Services window is open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during the ski season. Passes bought during the off-season are typically mailed in the fall when the Guest Services staff returns to the office, but if you haven't recieved your passes by mid-November we may need something to complete your order. We cannot mail the pass if we do not have all required information, including a photo and current liability waiver form (filled out online). Please send us the required information via email at ticketoffice@ivgid.org. You can also upload your season pass photo in the online store under by clicking "Upload Photo" in "My Account" in the top navigation.

Transferable Season Passes

Diamond Peak's Transferable Season Pass is fully transferable which means you can share it with your employees, customers or anyone you choose.
