Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive at the Ticket Windows or Rental Shop 1 hour before your lesson start time for midweek/non-peak (Monday - Friday) lessons, 1.5 hours on weekends (Saturday - Sunday) and 2 hours on peak periods (dates listed above). Please budget extra time to find a parking spot, get dressed, walk or take the tram from your car, and use the restroom before getting to the Ticket Windows or Rentals. Plan additional time and bring extra patience on snowy days and busy weekends. For afternoon lessons, please plan to arrive at the rental shop by 9:30 a.m. on weekends and peak days to ensure we have the appropriate size gear for you - after 9:30 a.m. we cannot guarantee all sizes will be available. After you pick up your rentals and lesson ticket, please proceed to the lesson meeting area on the snow (look for the colored flags and signs near Lakeview chairlift) to meet the Ski & Ride Center staff and instructors about 10 to 15 minutes before your lesson start time.
