Lift Operations Supervisor – FT YR Job Available

Now hiring a full-time year-round Lift Operations Supervisor to deliver a safe, reliable and exceptional mountain experience at Diamond Peak Ski Resort in beautiful North Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
You might enjoy managing the lift operations team if:
- You enjoy working both indoors and outdoors throughout the day.
- You enjoy working with and leading a team, and want to grow your management experience.
- You enjoy interacting with skiers and snowboarders on the slopes
Required Certifications & Skills:
- Ages 18+
- Attention to detail and safety
- Three years of experience in ski lift operations, two years in a lead or supervisory position (preferably in the ski industry), or equivalent combination of experience
- Excellent leadership, management, administrative, presentation/training, and customer service skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to ski or snowboard all levels of terrain at Diamond Peak
- Ability to safely operate a snowmobile
- Physical strength & stamina to climb lift terminal & tower ladders.
Salary & Benefits:
- $61,693 – $86,341 /year DOE/DOQ
- Benefits: Medical/dental/vision/RX, retirement, paid sick & vacation time, paid holidays, training support & recreation privileges.
