Winter Jobs: Base Operations Supervisor
The Base Operations Supervisor job is a great introduction to management in the ski industry mountain operations realm. Gain real-world experience supervising the Diamond Peak Property Operations and Transportation/Parking teams this winter. This is a key role within the resort’s Mountain Operations team, with a great opportunity to make a difference at our community-owned resort and grow your career in the ski industry. This is a full-time, seasonal position, with potential to transfer to other roles within the District after winter is over.

Requirements:
- Ages 18+
- 2 yrs. related experience/training building maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing & electrical
- Attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Move/lift 50-100lbs
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL w/passenger endorsement preferred; or ability to obtain)
- Intermediate ski or snowboard skills
