The Deadline for the National Kids' Safety Poster Contest has been Extended

The deadline to this contest has been extended to January 17, 2008

Diamond Peak Ski Resort is celebrating National Safety Awareness Week January 19-25, 2008 and we would like you to join in this special contest! Fourth, fifth and sixth graders are welcome to participate. Please pick up a poster template at Diamond Peak Guest Services. Diamond Peak will choose the winners of the contest on January 17th. All posters will be displayed in the base lodge and the winner will receive a Diamond Peak season pass. The winning posters will in turn be submitted in a National NSAA contest.   

The criteria for the poster contest include:

- You must be 8 to 12 years of age to enter

- Winners will be selected in two categories including best overall safety message and most creative design. Selection will be based on the poster’s connection to safety, visual impact and originality.

-The deadline for this contest is January 17, 2008.
