Diamond Peak Hosts Toyota’s Sick & Twisted Peak Slopestyle on March 1, 2009

Incline Village, NV- Toyota’s Sick & Twisted Event, presented by Under Armour Performance, is making a stop at Diamond Peak! Join us for the Peak Slopestyle with over $1,000 in prizes and gear.

The Toyota Sick & Twisted Freestyle Tour is open to men and women of all skills and ages. Registration will be from 9:00-10:30 am in the base lodge and the competition starts 12:00 noon. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED. Watch skiers and snowboarders get sick and twisted in the new terrain park located on the Spillway run at Diamond Peak. An awards ceremony will follow the competition on the Diamond Peak base lodge deck (weather permitting).

• A $10 deposit will be taken for contest jersies.
• Registration for Open Class (competing for cash!!) will be $20.
• Registration for Amateur Class (competing for gear!!) will be $10.
• All skiers and snowboards competing in the Toyota Sick n' twisted Freestyle Tour must sign and complete all liability releases the day of the event during registration. (Anyone under the age of 18 wishing to compete must have a parent/guardian on hand at registration, the day of the event, to sign and complete all liability forms).

The Toyota Sick & Twisted Tour is a favorite event among locals. Sponsors of the event include Under Armour, Burton, Volkl, Cholula Hot Sauce, Bern Helmets, Porter’s, and more. It’s an event not to miss!
