We offer a free shuttle that services the Incline Village area that picks up once on the weekdays, and twice on holiday periods and weekends. We also have a free shuttle from the Hyatt daily beginning at 8:30am and runs every half hour until 1pm. The return shuttles begin at 2pm and will continue every half-hour until 5. The NorthLakeTahoe express shuttle serves Incline Village to Reno Tahoe International Airport.

We don't take reservations for the First Time Beginner Package as it is a group lessons. We only take reservations for private lessons. Please, arrive early to make sure you can get your rental equipment and lesson reserved.
When should I arrive to the resort if I'm taking a lesson?
If taking a lesson, we recommend that you arrive at least an hour early to make sure you get your ticket, equipment and to your lesson on time.
We are located 25 miles from South Shore, about a 25 minute drive time. Just take HWY 50 East to HWY 28 - it's a beautiful drive around the lake.
Do you offer transportation from the Reno Airport?
Transportation to Incline Village from the Reno Airport is available through the North Lake Tahoe Express. Please call (530) 581-3922 or visit http://www.northlaketahoeexpress.com/ for rates and schedules.
Are there things to do in Incline Village at night?
Incline Village offers a movie theater, bowling alley, Recreation Center with swimming pool and European sauna, and many stores for shopping. There are also many restaurants and bars with kid friendly areas and games. Please, call the Visitor's Bureau for more information at (775) 832 1606.
The rental shop and ticket booths open at 8:30am. Lifts open at 9am and close at 4pm.
When is your busiest time? What are your blackout dates?
Holidays can be busy. Our holiday periods are Dec 26, 2012 - Jan 5, 2013 and Feb 16- 23, 2013. Please arrive early if you are coming during these days. You can also purchase a ticket for any day at the ticket booths, so if you arrive in town in the afternoon and want to ski the next day, stop by and get your tickets ahead of time. You will save yourself the hassle to wait in line.
How much snow are you going to have on a certain day?
It's hard to predict the weather more than 3-4 days in advance. However, you can check out the monthly planner provided by the weather channel. For average annual snowfall and monthly temperatures, please, visit the Chamber of Commerce website .
I am a beginner, but my husband is advanced. Is the terrain good for both of us?
Diamond Peak offers gentle beginner slopes that are perfect if you are just getting into the sport. Our Ski & Snowboard School offers private as well as group lessons to help you learn faster. Diamond Peak's more advanced terrain offers challenging trails, tree skiing, open bowls and glades for the more advanced customers. Since all runs funnel down at the Base Area, you can all have fun separately and meet at the end of the day or at lunch without fear of getting lost. This layout makes Diamond Peak the perfect place for people with different abilities.
Do you have lodging at the resort?
Diamond Peak doesn't have its own lodging but since we are located in the town of Incline Village we offer various lodging options for every budget - from 5 star resorts to quaint B&Bs. For the best deals on stay and ski packages, please, visit our website.
Can I reserve the lodge for special events?
You can rent out the lodge during regular operating hours (mid-Dec to mid-April). To receive more information, please call our Sales Department during the hours of 8am and 5pm at (775) 832-1132. During the off-season The Chateau, located on the Championship Course, is another great place for an event.
Do you rent clothing?
No, but The Village Ski Loft has a retail store in the Base Lodge with clothing and equipment for purchase.
Can I buy lift tickets in advance?
Yes, you can buy lift tickets in advance at the ticket window. Mini passes, season passes, Last Tracks tickets and gift certificates can be purchased at the ticket window or online, just click here.
