Hello to all snow lovers :) As I write this blog I am looking outside and it's snowing! Maybe tomorrow will be a powder day, we could use another one of those!
As some of you might know I have qualified for the Junior 2 Nationals in Sugarloaf, Maine, and a couple other fun things are happening too. I have been scoring my best FIS points of the year so far! At sugar bowl I scored a 49 point result. To put it into some perspective at my age the girls start with 990 points, and the final goal is to get to zero. Most kids will go through life not making it to zero, but the lucky few race with the World Cup and Olympic racers! 49 is getting closer, and it was a great achievement for me :)
As Nationals approach, I am getting mentally and physically ready to lay down some good runs! I can't wait to visit the East coast also, because I have never been there and it will be a new experience. I hope everybody is hitting the slopes for some fun!
Lila =)
